Martin has 17 years experience in facilities and project management. He has invaluable knowledge in all aspects of organisational performance management.

With extensive experience in the creation of voice over IP contact centres from conception to completion along with designing and implementing workable service level agreements, our clients find his insights invaluable.

He acts as an Associate Lecturer for the University Of Central Lancashire following his creation of the Performance Management & Benchmarking module for the UCLAN Post Graduate Certificate in Call Centre Management. His involvement with the UK Call Centre Association lead to him creating the CCA's best practice framework & workshop which is currently being delivered to more than 500 call & contact centres across the UK.

Martin has been involved in the de-regulated directory assistance sector since before de-regulation in the UK. Working with the Association for the EIDQ, OFCOM and all of the 118providers Martin stands as an independent voice providing insightful experience based knowledge to all global telecoms providers.

An excellent key-note speaker with vast experience throughout call centre, telecoms and HR sectors Martin stands up for truth, quality and he speaks with a passion that commands respect.

Working as the link between sales, project management and operations, Clare provides support to all clients and staff. With a varied and high level business understanding her addition to Performance House's team means the company is managed through its key growth stages.

Clare's work experience includes sitting on the Cumbria Steering Committee for Investors in People. Working for brand leaders including KPMG LLP and Lastorders.com Clare has managed a 1.8Million pound office refurbishment, facilitated the introduction of various new office layouts and improved working environments.

During her time with LastOrders.com, Clare joined the organisation as their very first employee; she implemented policies for recruitment, training and managing their customer service and sales teams. The role with this forward thinking 'dotcom' organisation also involved liaison with the Channel 4 production team during the year long filming of the company in its first years. Apart from these roles Clare has world class research experience in production of communications, projects and reports for key clients at an independent Market Research Consultancy.

Megan has global experience of market research and insight. Her total understanding of our clients specific needs gives a clear vision for all of our report and training outputs.

Managing Performance House's key research clients and ongoing tracking studies gives Megan an extensive knowledge base. With a particular focus on user experience Performance House Ltd's research department produces practical knowledge and insight. Her work involved building community and customer perception management frameworks, offering consultancy and advice to customer service environments in both the public and private sectors. Gaining experience through working with all of Performance House's clients Megan has invaluable cross sector knowledge and insight.

Megan takes an active role in the development of the company's long term research strategies, as well as managing the research teams, data collection, and worldwide research activity. Her role also involves organising the conference & events Performance House runs with its partner organisations.

Brand Development > Commercial Director

Rob's holistic understanding of marketing strategies gives him a unique ability to pin point opportunities for development. He began his career in the 3D Cad Cam software industry. His friendly manner and natural marketing flair lead him to the exciting and growing AV and multimedia industry.

He developed projects with Aston Martin, Castrol, Michelin, BAE Systems, CSC, BNFL, BASF, GlaxoSmithKline, Manchester's Bridgewater Hall, Williams and Jordan Grand Prix teams.

Rob has gained an enviable reputation for his ability to turn organisational' goals and aims into workable realities. From actively working across industries Rob has gained invaluable sales and marketing experience. His ability to identify key areas in need of focus ensures revenue and market share are improved. Working with Performance House clients he is able to provide insight and proven advice to support increases in sales and profits.

Based in Cumbria Rob also provides support and his own time to businesses in Cumbria as a volunteer business mentor.
